One and done, or an ongoing journey?
As instructors and trainers how often do we engage in our own CPD re: learning and development. What are the enablers or barriers? Where do we go for our development as educators, and how do we know what we should be developing? We will explore these questions in an open dialogue and introduce competency framework(s) that may help us identify areas for development.
